Spring in Italy is probably the best time to go. The temperature is comfortable, and it’s before the peak summer season when tourists swarm in. Who can blame them though? The food, the scenery, the art and culture, the style! The water is an unbelievable azure, and there is barely a cloud in the sky.
I decided to spend my holiday in the fairytale cliffside village of Positano. I loved the teetering stacks of houses, in varying pastel colors. Imagine living there, steps away from the Amalfi Coast, what a dream!
Every direction you looked, it was postcard perfect. I spent my days lounging on the beach chairs, under the Mediterranean sun, people watching and wishing for a little more time in paradise. I explored all the winding alleyways, looking for hidden local gems. As beautiful as Positano is during the day, when the sun dips below the horizon, this village lights up like a thousand fireflies. It is one of the most romantic settings I have ever been in.
