Last month, I took a wonderful trip to Moscow; a city full of history and beauty, where tradition meets modernity. I spent hours admiring the architecture of the famous Red Square, a cultural icon recognized around the world. I soaked in the gorgeous spring weather, while watching boats pass under the canals of the Moskva River.
It reminded me of the Seine in Paris; there is just something very romantic about rivers and canals. It was slightly cool but the blue skies and bright sunlight kept me warm, as well as the chic camel overcoat I wore. And of course I could not miss out visiting a tulip garden, where the florals were in full bloom, reminding me that summer is just around the corner!
Moscow is not often considered a popular tourist destination, but it is an exciting and beautiful city, with so much to offer. I hope my trip there inspires you to visit one day and see for yourself.
